Dear Parents and Students,
A warm welcome to all my incoming students. I'm excited to be once again among the most vibrant, inspriring, and yes, at times challenging students one could ever imagine teaching.
I spent my summer reading, writing and doing volunteer work. The best part was a 6,000 mile driving trip out West. A special pleasuere was realizing a 20 year goal of seeing Willa Cather's birthplace, Red Cloud Nebraska (at least one picture to follow). It was an inspiration to actually see the landscape that shaped one of America's greatest writers,and to go inside then buildings she knew as a child.
