I build athletes, not bodybuilders



NOTE:  This course is open only to Juniors and Seniors.  Only consider taking this course if you intend to work out in class.  That is what we do here.
                                
During this two term course I will attempt to teach you everything I know about improving your body and mind through exercise.  By the end of the semester you will be able to design a comprehensive exercise and nutrition program for yourself, including the ability to demonstrate correct form in all learned movements.  

Daily Requirements

You will need to bring workout clothes.  Plan for being outside or walking outside to the weight room.  You should also bring a pen and pencil.  

Grading Breakdown

Class participation (5 points max.  per class)          50%
Daily workout record (checked every other week) 30%
Monthly workout plan (checked every fourth week)        20%
