Course Goals: This course is designed to give the student a strong understanding
of the basics of Geometry. This course should help prepare the student for the 10th grade MCAS Math Exam.
Student Expectations:
1. Attendance is critical for success in this class. Skills are cumulative and you must keep up
with the lessons to be successful.
2. Students are expected to bring the following to class -
Geometry Notebook - 3 Ring Binder
Calculator
Pencil
Textbook
3. Homework is assigned every night. Assignments can be found on my web site.

Homework is due the class after being assigned. Late homework will accepted and given partial credit. Students have one class following an absence to turn in homework. Any
missed exam or quiz must be made up 2 weeks.
4. Behavior: Students are expected to be in class on time. Each student will have an assigned seat. Students are expected to behave appropriately at all times and treat fellow classmates and teacher with respect.
