l) Physical Examinations MIAA Rule - In order to be eligible you need an examination by a medical doctor within the past 13 months.
Check with Ms Linda Leonard, the school nurse, for the date (school record) of your last Physical Examination. Make sure that when you see a doctor you bring the school's Athletic Physical Examination Form (from Nurse) with you and have doctor fill it out. There is a section on this form for you or your parent/guardian must fill out. Make sure that you leave the Doctor’s office with the form signed by the Doctor. Take the form, or a copy of that farm to the school Nurse.

4) Be respectful ! Respect the game of soccer and it’s participants, teammates, opponents, coaches, officials and all the people we encounter during our travels on the boat. on the bus and at the venue.
5) Communicate ! Communication is a two way street, receiving and giving. It involves verbal, visual, physical and audio ques.
6) Be honest ! Be honest to yourself, to your teammates and to your coaches.
lll) Captains
I feel that all the upper classman have an obligation to be good role models. The importance of both practicing and playing hard in games is invaluable to a successful program. The player(s) that step up to assume good leadership roles will be named as a Captain. Some years we have 1 other years we have had as many as 5.
