The Up Island Regional School District is seeking Bids to provide Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Maintenance Services to the West Tisbury School and the Chilmark School beginning approximately July 1, 2024 until June 30, 2025 (FY25). The contract may be extended annually through FY27 at the discretion of the District.

Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference is Tuesday, May 28, 2024 at the West Tisbury School @12:00 PM (NOON) and Chilmark School @2:00 PM. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to Mark Friedman, Chief Procurement Officer, labeled “UIRSD HVAC Bid, #24-19”, and be received at 4 Pine Street, Vineyard Haven, MA. 02568 by Thursday, June 6, 2024 before 4:30 PM (Eastern Standard Time). If Bids are being delivered in person, Bids must be placed in the secure drop box at front door at 4 Pine Street, Vineyard Haven, MA 02568. The Up Island Regional School District reserves the right to reject any or all Bids.
