The Up Island Regional School District is seeking Bids to provide Electrical Services beginning approximately July 1, 2025 until June 30, 2026 (FY26). The contract may be extended through FY28 at the discretion of the District. Details regarding specifications, pre-bid conference, as well as required forms, are available in the Central Office by contacting Jocelyn Broadley (508-693-2007 x14). Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to Mark Friedman, Chief Procurement Officer, labeled “UIRSD Electrical Bid”, and be received at 4 Pine Street, Vineyard Haven, MA 02568 by August 13, 2025 before 4:30 PM (Eastern Standard Time). If Bids are being delivered in person, Bids must be placed in secure drop box at front door at 4 Pine Street, Vineyard Haven, MA 02568. The Up Island Regional School District reserves the right to reject any or all Bids.
