Martha’s Vineyard Regional High School District (MVRSD) invites bids for the sale of two (2) surplus 2016 Bluebird Buses. All vehicles are being sold as is and all sales are final. Vehicles must be removed from the property by Thursday, October 23, 2025. Vehicles can be inspected by appointment only through Troy Vanderhoop, Transportation Manager by calling 508-560-2003. Bid documents can be obtained by contacting Jocelyn Broadley. Bids need to be per vehicle and must be submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to Mark Friedman, School Business Administrator, and be received at 4 Pine Street, Vineyard Haven, MA 02568 by October 9, 2025, before 4:15PM (Eastern Standard Time). If Bids are being delivered in person, Bids must be placed in secure drop box at front door at 4 Pine Street, Vineyard Haven, MA 02568. Bids will be opened October 9, 2025 at 4:15PM. The Martha’s Vineyard Regional High School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
